Nutrition- all are expected to get their blood type and follow the "eating right for your blood type" meal plans. They will process food properly with the enzymes their bodies were born with therefor dropping any excess body weight and pushing old toxins from improper lifestyle through their system left feeling ripped, vital and clear.
Day 1- Went sand running with Brad for 20 minutes at Ccangu beach. Brad Masters, Mustafa (Quicksilver surfer) completed an hour and a half of self myofascial release using med ball and hard roller. Brad has an assymetrical shift to his right and a torso rotation to the left, tight lats, hipflexor, chest and hamstrings (regular foot). Mus has a shift to his right and an opposite rotation to his left causing his backside to be stronger (goofy foot), tight hamstrings, chest lats and also hipflexors. After rolling range of motion increased comparable to 8 weeks of yoga in an hour and a half. They described the feeling as being lighter and less stressed, (inflexibility causes fatigue)
Day 2- Went running with Brad, Mus, and Saskia at Ccangu beach and did some agility and dune jumping drills. We surfed after and Mus was VERY pleased with his results. He had complained of a problem with his front side roundhouse cut back being difficult to get the rotation he needs... he said the problem has already been fixed. That afternoon I did a circuit ie: band rotations, 4 underwater laps in pool, external rotation of shoulder complex, ball twists, jump rope, balance board squats with rotaions, leg lifts and stiff leg single leg romanain dead lifts. We made it through 2 full circuits and completed a full body stretch at the end. attendies were Mick, Chunky, Brad, another Mick, and Mus. Everyone was very pleased with the drills. The guys that haven't completed their self myofascial release session yet noticed a tremendous difference in their flexibility versus Mus and Brads and have all signed up to do rolling today day 3.
Day 3- Ran Ccangu beach with Brad, Saskia, and Nick an Ozzy surfer we picked up at the Warung. more to come from sessions this evening. aloha for now :)
